Shipping Information

All shipments will require a signature upon delivery.  [ROH-mee] is not liable for lost shipments when tracking indicates your package has been delivered.  [ROH-mee] is not responsible for any of the following: unforeseen weather delays, technical issues within the shipping company, or the recipient not being available to sign for the package. If your package is sent back to [ROH-mee] for any reason, you will be responsible for the cost to re-ship your order.
