Our Bezel Setting is made to order in platinum or gold. Diamonds are available in all sizes, color and clarity.

PLEASE NOTE: All engagement rings are custom made to order and are final sale. Settings are not limited to what is shown here. We are able to work with you to create the perfect setting. 

Processing Time

In stock items will be processed within 1-2 business days. Custom made pieces are estimated to require 3-8 weeks for production, depending on the product.If you need your order to be rushed, please email info@rohmee.com and we will let you know if your request can be accommodated.Please note the shipping method selected does not expedite your order's production time.

Shipping

Once your order is complete, we will email you with tracking information. All packages require signature upon delivery (purchaser is responsible for any costs associated with a package returned to [ROH-mee] due to several failed delivery attempts). Average shipping times: Please note that our processing times still apply.

  • FedEx 2-Day: 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays)
  • FedEx Overnight: arrives the next business day from 10:30am-12:30pm (excluding weekends and holidays)

Returns

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. We do not accept order cancellations. Exceptions may be made, depending on the product. Please email info@rohmee.com for more information.

Resizing + Repairs

If an item is damaged within the first 90 days of receipt, we will cover the cost of repair, but are not responsible for the cost associated with shipping the item to and from the customer. We reserve the right to refuse any repairs if we believe the items have been intentionally damaged or misused. If a repair is necessary after 90 days, we are happy to handle the repair for an additional charge plus the cost of shipping both ways. All repairs require prior authorization. Please email info@rohmee.com to arrange the repair. We are only responsible for your item(s) once we receive them. We are not responsible if they get lost, damaged, mishandled and or stolen before they arrive. We always recommend insuring your item as well as requiring a "signature required" upon receipt.
